PatientView is a series of daily reports that provide you with a statistical analysis of your patients’ likelihood of hospitalization and emergent care. The models were developed based on a scientific approach to analyzing the largest data warehouse on home health patients available. More than 100 risk factors were considered, and the models are based on more than 45.
