OCS Announces Merger with National Research Corporation

Outcome Concept Systems Inc (OCS) announced today it has signed a merger agreement with National Research Corporation (NRC).

SEATTLE, WA (August 4, 2010) -- OCS HomeCare, the national leader in performance improvement reporting and analytics for home health and hospice organizations, announced it has signed a merger agreement with National Research Corporation (NRC).

OCS is a leading provider of clinical, financial, and operational analytics and benchmarks to the home health and hospice markets.
