My InnerView Announces Leadership Transition
My InnerView continues to be well-positioned to provide value and innovation to stakeholders.
Lincoln, Nebraska – February 1, 2011 – National Research Corporation (NRC) today announced a leadership change within its My InnerView business unit. My InnerView’s founder, Neil Gulsvig, will step down from his role as president of My InnerView as of March 4, 2011. Amanda Twiss and Joe Carmichael will continue in their roles as My InnerView’s CEO and COO, respectively.
Gulsvig and his wife Janice founded My InnerView in 2002. The company was acquired by National Research Corporation in 2009 and is now the industry’s largest database of customer and workforce satisfaction metrics.
In 2010, My InnerView merged with another NRC company, Outcome Concept Systems (OCS). In combination, the companies provide quality, outcome, financial, and satisfaction metrics to over 12,000 sub acute providers nationwide.
In announcing the change, NRC CEO Mike Hays said, “Neil has been an advocate of quality improvement in long-term care and has worked closely with leaders in the profession on innovative approaches to quality. As the healthcare industry continues to evolve, we believe My InnerView is well-positioned to provide ongoing value and innovation to stakeholders throughout the continuum of care.”
